| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice odlivů mozků a kvalifikovaného lidského kapitálu z Ukrajiny do České republiky. Cílem je zmapovat hlavní příčiny a překážky migrace vysoce kvalifikovaných Ukrajinců do ČR (z pohledu teorie push a pull faktorů). Text mj. pracuje s mírou integrace těchto osob do majoritní společností a dopadem této míry na transnacionální vazby. Pro tento účel byla provedena kvalitativní analýza hloubkových rozhovorů s 12 respondenty a bylo zjištěno, že jedním z hlavním push faktorů odlivů mozků je nedostatek pracovních příležitostí a nízké finanční ohodnocení absolventů VŠ. Zároveň jako pull faktor se uvádí jazyková blízkost a vysoká poptávka po ukrajinském pracovním kapitálu v České republice. Také bylo zjištěno, že vysoce kvalifikovaní Ukrajinci se do společností integrují poměrně rychlé a jsou více náchylní k rozhodnutí zůstat v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of brain drain and skilled labor migration from Ukraine to the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out the main reasons and barriers to migration highly qualified Ukrainians to the Czech Republic (from the view of push-pull factors theory). Among other things, the text deals with the measure of integration and how it influences transnational ties. For this purpose, a qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews with a total number of 12 respondents was held. It was found out, that the main push factors of the brain drain are the lack of job opportunities and low financial evaluation of university graduates. At the same time, language proximity and high demand for Ukrainian working capital in the Czech Republic are mostly cited as pull factors. It was also found that highly qualified Ukrainians integrate into society relatively quickly and are more prone to the decision to stay in the Czech Republic. |
