| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení, zdali byly naplněny cíle stanoveny Evropskou unii v oblasti využívání obnovitelných zdrojů v sektoru energetiky s následným stanovením důvodů úspěšného či neúspěšného naplňování cílů. Úvodní kapitola je určena pro popis aktuálního a historického vývoje využívání obnovitelných zdrojů ve světě. V Druhé kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé legislativní kroky Evropské unie, jež formovaly cíle EU v oblasti obnovitelných zdrojů. A ve třetí kapitole jsou porovnány data z druhé kapitoly s výslednými hodnotami v daných letech. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate, whether targets defined by the European Union regarding usage of renewable energy sources, have been fulfilled. The secondary objective is to define reasons for successful or unsuccessful fulfilling the targets. The first chapter focuses in current and historical development of usage of renewable energy sources in the world. The second chapter describes legislative steps of European Union, which formed the targets for usage of renewable energy sources. And the third chapter compares data from the second chapter with the actual achieved figures. |
