| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá využíváním sociálních sítí v personalistice k výběru za-městnanců. Představuje veřejné internetové sociální sítě LinkedIn, Facebook a Twitter. Pozornost je zaměřena na příležitosti, limity, pozitivní a negativní aspekty sociálních sítí, které ovlivňují pracovníky personálních oddělení při výběru zaměstnanců. Pomocí telefonických rozhovorů byly zjišťovány způsoby používání sociálních sítí v personálních odděleních větších firem v Jihočeském kraji. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with methods of using of social networks in human resources to select employees. Features public social networks LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Attention is focused on opportunities, limits, positive and negative aspects of social networks that influence the staff of personnel departments in the selection of employees. Methods of using online social networks in the personnel departments of large companies based in the South Bohemian Region were investigated by using telephone interviews. |
