| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem bakalářská práce je zjištění příčin nízké nezaměstnanosti v okrese Jindřichův Hradec. Nejprve jsem provedla literární rešerši na téma trh práce a nezaměstnanost. V této části jsem si také vytyčila možné příčiny nízké nezaměstnanosti, které jsem v praktické části dále zkoumala. Následně jsem hledala souvislosti mezi vytyčenou příčinou v teoretické části a zjištěnými údaji o velikosti nezaměstnanosti. Sledovala jsem, jak se změní výše nezaměstnanosti, změní-li se zkoumaná příčina. Ke zjištění vzájemného vztahu mezi proměnnými jsem v některých případech využila funkci korelace. Výzkum jsem poté doplnila a zpřesnila o názor odborníka trhu práce v okrese Jindřichův Hradec. Data pro výzkum jsem čerpala především z Českého statistického úřadu a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the reasons behind the low unemployment rate in the district of Jindřichův Hradec. The first part of this thesis is a literary research about the topic of the labor market and unemployment. This part also outlines the potential causes of low unemployment rate. These causes are further examined in the practical part of the thesis. The thesis also examines the coherence between the outlined causes and the actual detected data about the rate of unemployment. The thesis also observes the changes of unemployment rate in coherence to the change of the examined cause. In some cases, the correlation function was used to find the interrelation between variables. The research is completed with an opinion from an expert in the field of labor market in the district of Jindřichův Hradec. The data examined within this thesis were mainly taken from The Czech Statistical Office and The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. |
