| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá manažerským rozhodováním za rizika a nejistoty při zakládání rehabilitačního zařízení. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou rozhodovacích problémů. Pro ty jsou v případě diskrétních faktorů rizika sestaveny rozhodovací matice. Ty jsou pak následně využity pro aplikaci pravidel očekávané hodnoty a očekávané hodnoty a rozptylu. V případě rozhodování za nejistoty jsou využita pravidla Maximinu, Maximaxu, Laplaceova, Hurwiczovo a Savageova. Další část se zabývá spojitými faktory rizika, které jsou řešeny metodou Monte Carlo, na kterou navazuje analýza citlivosti. Cílem práce je poskytnout informaci o výběru vhodných prostor a volbě úhradového systému při zakládání rehabilitačního zařízení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with managerial decision-making in establishing a rehabilitation facility, under the conditions of risk and uncertainty. The practical part consists of two decision problems. In the case of discrete risk factors, decision matrices are calculated. These are then used to apply the rules of expected value, and expected value and variance. In case of decision making under uncertainty, the rules of Maximin, Maximax, Laplace, Hurwicz and Savage are used. The next part deals with continuous risk factors, which are addressed by the Monte Carlo method, which is followed by sensitivity analysis. The aim of the work is to provide information about the selection of suitable premises and the choice of payment system when establishing a rehabilitation facility. |
