| Abstract: | Závěrečná práce je zaměřená na problematiku agenturního zaměstnávání ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO, a. s. Práce analyzuje data od počátku agenturního zaměstnávání, tedy od roku 1988 až po rok 2019. Práce vysvětluje pojem agenturní zaměstnávání, historii a právní rámec. Zaměřuje se na smluvní vztahy třech stran, a to agentury práce, uživatele a agenturního zaměstnance, na dohody a smlouvy, které svazují agenturu práce s uživatelem. Práce zahrnuje spolupráci ŠKODA AUTO, a. s. se sociál-ním partnerem, se projektem Master Vendor a odborovou organizací Odbory KOVO. Práce je podložená statistikami týkající se agenturního zaměstnávání ze společnosti ŠKODA AUTO, a. s. mezi lety 2000-2019. Na základě teoretické části jsou analyzovány výhody a nevýhody agenturního zaměstnávání, jak z pohledu uživatele, tak z pohledu agentury práce. |

| Abstract: | The final work is focused on the issue of agency employment in the company ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. The work analyzes data from the beginning of agency employment, from 1988 to 2019. The thesis explains the concept of agency employment, history and legal framework. It focuses on the contractual relations of the three parties, namely the employment agency, the user and the agency employee, on the agreements and contracts that bind the employment agency with the user. The work includes the cooperation of ŠKODA AUTO, a. S. With a social partner, with the Master Vendor project and the trade union organization KOVO Unions. The work is based on statistics concerning agency employment from the company ŠKODA AUTO, a. s. between the years 2000-2019. Based on the theoretical part, the advantages and disadvantages of agency employment are analyzed, both from the point of view of the user and from the point of view of the employment agency. |
