| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany spotřebitele a jejího uplatnění v rámci letecké přepravy osob. Cílem práce je především seznámit spotřebitele s danou problematikou a nastínit možnosti, kde se svých práv mohou tito domáhat a možné návody, kterými se lze při uplatňování práv v letecké dopravě řídit. Pro účely práce byl proveden kvantitativní výzkum ve formě dotazníkového šetření a následná analýza výsledků tohoto šetření. Závěr práce obsahuje podrobný návod, jak na letišti postupovat v případě vzniku škodné události a několik užitečných rad pro cestování letadlem. |

| Abstract: | The dissertation is focused on the issue of consumer preservation and its application in passenger air transport. The aim of the thesis is to acquaint consumers with the issue and outline the possibilities where they can claim their rights and possible instructions that can be followed in the exercise of rights in air transport. For the purposes of this work, a quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the results of this survey was performed. The conclusion of the thesis contains detailed instructions on how to proceed at the airport in the event of a loss event and some useful tips for traveling by plane. |
