| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zhodnocení metod pro ocenění lékařské praxe a aplikace vybraných metod na konkrétní praxi. Hodnota praxe byla vypočtena z dat finanční analýzy a finančního plánu sestaveného na pětileté nadcházející období. Výsledná ocenění jsou provedena pomocí majetkové a výnosové metody. Hodnota vybrané lékařské praxe je k 31.12.2018. Na závěr jsou porovnány získané hodnoty a použité metody ocenění. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the work is to evaluate methods for the evaluation of medical practice and the application of selected methods to specific practice.The value of the practice was calculated from the data of the financial analysis and the financial plan compiled for the next five years. The resulting valuations are performed using the equity method and the income method. The value of selected medical practice is set to 31th December 2018. Finally, the values obtained and the valuation methods used are compared. |
