| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá solidaritou v české společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, metodickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši o tématu solidarita ve společnosti a dobrovolnictví, jako typ solidárního chování, dále informace o jejich možných indikátorech. Metodická část obsahuje projekt sociologického kvalitativního výzkumu a jeho popis. Praktická část obsahuje vlastní výzkum. Cílem práce je objevit a popsat indikátory solidarity ve společnosti a to konkrétně ke vztahu k dobrovolnictví, jelikož dobrovolná práce je považována za jeden z typických příkladů solidárního chování. Zamyslet se, co vede lidi k solidárnosti, rozebrat si jejich zkušenost a přínosy, které měla a vzít si z výsledků ponaučení. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with solidarity in Czech society. The work is divided into theoretical, methodological and practical part. The theoretical part contains a literature search on the topic of solidarity in society and volunteering, as a type of solidarity behavior, as well as information about their possible indicators. The methodical part contains the project of sociological qualitative research and its description. The practical part contains own research. The aim of the work is to discover and describe indicators of solidarity in society, specifically in relation to volunteering, as volunteering is considered one of the typical examples of solidarity behavior. Think about what leads people to solidarity, analyze their experiences and the benefits they had, and learn from the results |
