| Abstract: | Tato práce analyzuje projevy technik price anchoring a price framing na cenu -v modelu pay-what-you-want. Cílem práce je určit, kolik by zákazníci platili v různých variantách modelu a proč. Cíle práce je dosaženo zodpověděním pěti výzkumných otázek. První část textu se věnuje úvodem do problematiky cenotvorby, představením modelu pay-what-you-want, možnostem jak působit na vnitřní referenční cenu a jako východiska pro vlastní výzkum shrnuje poznatky z výzkumů, které se problematikou zabývaly v minulosti. Výzkumná část práce je rozdělena na online dotazník a experiment v podobě rozhovorů se zákazníky kavárny. Výsledky výzkumu jsou interpretovány v kontextu teoretických poznatků a výsledků předchozích výzkumů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is aimed on analysing of price anchoring and price framing effect on prices paid in pay-what-you-want pricing (PWYW). The objective of thesis is to elicit, how much will customers pay in various PWYW options and why. This objecitve was reached by answering five research questions. First part of the text is aimed on theoretical background of pricing and on presenting PWYW and techniques used for influencing prices paid in this set up. There is also a summary of past researches. Second part of the text is aimed on actual research and it´s findings. Research was divided to online survey and interview with real customers of coffe bar. |
