| Abstract: | Prvním cílem diplomové práce je analýza problematiky Smart City. Pro splnění toho-to cíle slouží rozsáhlá literární rešerše, jež prezentuje informace komplexním způsobem. Druhým cílem je vytvoření konceptuálního modelu. Konceptuální model vychází z literární rešerše a jeho nástroji jsou myšlenková mapa, business model, systémový diagram a CLD diagram. Třetím cílem je vytvoření dynamických rozvojových hypotéz. Ty jsou prezentovány nejen písemnou, ale také grafickou formou za pomoci křivek vývoje. Pro každou hypotézu jsou vytvořeny tři experimenty, jež jsou ověřovány parametrizací CLD diagramu. Parametrizace je zadána na základě tří vytvořených strategií. Výsledkem diplomové práce jsou potvrzené či vyvrácené hypotézy, jež jsou formulovány takovým způsobem, aby byly srozumitelné pro komunální politiky a občany. Pro každou dynamickou hypotézu jsou vytvořena doporučení, jež usnadňují implementaci konceptu Smart City. |

| Abstract: | The analysis of Smart City issues is the first goal of the diploma thesis. An extensive literature search, which presents information in a comprehensive way, is used to meet first goal. The second goal is to create a conceptual model. The conceptual model is based on a literature search and its tools are a mind map, business model, system diagram and CLD diagram. The third goal is to create a dynamic development hypotheses. These are presented not only in writing form, but also in graphic form with the help of development curves. Three experiments are created for each hypothesis, which are verified by parameterization of the CLD diagram. Parameterization is entered based on three created strategies. Results of the diploma thesis is confirmation or rejection of those hypotheses. Hypotheses are formulated in such a way that they are understandable to municipal politicians and citizens. Recommendations are made for each dynamic hypothesis to facilitate the implementation of the Smart City concept. |
