| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá veřejným zadlužením zemí Visegradské skupiny v období 2008-2018.Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj a strukturu veřejného zadlužení zemí Visegradské skupiny a zjistit, které faktory působí na konečnou podobu dluhového poměru. Cíle bylo dosaženo za pomocímetod analýzy a komparace sekundárních kvantitativních dat a regresní analýzy panelových dat.Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy nutné k pochopení práce a poskytuje podklad pro tvorbučásti praktické. Praktická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které zhodnocují vývoj ekonomickýchukazatelů v daných zemích a vývoj a strukturu veřejného zadlužení a aspektů s ním spojených. Práceje zakončena regresní analýzou panelových dat, z níž vyplývá, že konečnou podobu dluhovéhopoměru ovlivňuje především dluh z předchozího období, ekonomický růst a schodek státníhorozpočtu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the public debt of the Visegrad Group countries during the period2008-2018. The aim of this work is to evaluate the development and structure of public debt of theVisegrad countries and to find out which factors affect the final debt to GDF ratio. The goal wasachieved using methods of analysis and comparison of secondary quantitative data and regressionanalysis of panel data. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts which are necessary tounderstand the paper and provides the background for a practical part. The practical part is dividedinto three chapters, which evaluate the development of economic indicators in the countries and thedevelopment and structure of public debt and its related aspects. The thesis wraps up with a regression analysis of panel data, that shows that the final composition of the debt ratio is mainlyaffected by debt from the previous period, economic growth and the state budget deficit. |
