| Abstract: | Záměrem této bakalářské práce bylo v teoretické části přiblížit, co je to davové chování a jeho zasazení do online prostředí. Dále online spotřební kultura, socio-technologický kontext a jaký je vliv davového chování na nákup smartphonů. Praktická část práce slouží k ověření VO, že davové chování souvisí se spotřebitelským chováním při nákupu chytrých telefonů. Ovlivňuje jejich chování při nákupu čímž má vliv na celkovou spotřební kulturu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis was to describe the crowd behavior and its placement in the online environment. Furthermore, online consumer culture, socio-technological context and the influence of crowd behavior on the purchase of smartphones were described.The practical part of the work verifies research question that crowd behavior is related to consumer behavior when buying smartphones. Influencing their buying behavior affects the overall consumer culture. |
