| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je vytvoření studie proveditelnosti pro reálný projekt rekonstrukce souboru hospodářských objektů rodinného domu na penzion tak, aby byly vytvořeny podklady pro rozhodnutí, zda projekt rekonstrukce realizovat, či nikoli.Pro toto rozhodnutí byla stanovena hranice návratnosti ne vyšší jak 10 let. Cíl projektu je směřován na rozvoj cestovního ruchu a zvýšení úrovně nabídky ubyto-vacích služeb v daném regionu s ohledem na co nejnižší dopad na životní prostředí. Současně si projekt klade za cíl vytvoření nových pracovních příležitosti a řeší rozvoj občanské vybavenosti v oblasti služeb a kultury. Hlavní definovaná vize celého projektu je poskytovat kvalitní ubytování s vysokým důrazem na komfort, který je za dostupnou cenu.V práci byly použity metody investičního rozhodování, řízení a realizace |

| Abstract: | The main theme of this thesis, it is the creation of a feasibility study of the reconstructi-on of a set of economic buildings from the family house to the guest house. The mail goal is the basis for deciding whether or not to implement the reconstruction project is created.A return on investment is set below 10 years.The objective of the project is aimed at the development of tourism and the increase in the level of accommodation offer in the region, taking into account the lowest possible impact on the environment. At the same time, the project aims to create new job oppor-tunities and address the development of civic amenities in the field of services and cul-ture. The main vision of the whole project is defined to provide quality accommodation with a high emphasis on comfort, which is at an affordable price.The work used methods of investment decision making of management and implemen-tation of projects. |
