Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is to research the modern growth hacking concept in relation to a physical product. The aim of this work is to apply this methodology in Atelier Paletky start-up and compare these results with the outcome of the previously utilized marke-ting approach. I also replicate deep interviews from a British study that explored growth hacking in practice and conduct these with the CEO of the chosen firm and then com-pare the results. Finally, I compare my case study with two digital products. Statistical tests, Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon, illustrated a significant difference which was supported by the data in the KPIs and the shift in the relevancy of the customers. Despite this concept having been developed in technology firms with digital products, this thesis confirms application in manufacturing companies, such as start-ups with non-complex product portfolio. |
