| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zmapovat současnou situaci týkající se robotické automatizace procesů. Práce je určena pro lajky, kteří chtějí o problematice získat podrobnější informace. Čtenář bude seznámen s pojmem digitální transformace a následně je představeno samotné RPA především z byznysového a manažerského pohledu – jak zvolit vhodného poskytovatele, jakým způsobem řídit implementaci a jak zajistit udržitelnost technologie po její implementaci. Práce porovnává teoretické závěry zjištěné z literární rešerše se zkušenostmi konkrétní společnosti, která procesem implementace prošla. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to map current situation regarding Robotic process automation. It is meant for people, that are not experienced in this matter and want to learn further information. The reader will be acquainted with the concept of digital transformation. Then the RPA itself is introduced mainly from a business and managerial point of view - how to choose a suitable provider, how to manage the implementation and how to ensure the sustainability of technology after its implementation. The work compares the theoretical conclusions obtained from the literature search with the experience of a company that has gone through the implementation process. |
