| Abstract: | Cílem této disertační práce je vymezit roli inovačního leadershipu v kontextu dalších rolí leadershipu ve správě soudů České republiky a definovat jeho vliv na vnímání a postoje followerů. Konkrétně se jedná o role zodpovědnosti, dodržování pravidel a nařízení, politické loajality a networkingu. Postoje followerů jsou zastoupeny dimenzemi vnímané efektivity leadershipu, závazkem k organizaci a pracovní angažovaností. Na tomto základě je vytvořen teoretický model, který je následně ověřován v praktické části. Hypotézy jsou testovány pomocí strukturálního modelování. Pro vyhodnocení datového vzorku je použita faktorová analýza, jejíž výsledky jsou dále zpřesněny pomocí kontextuálních rozhovorů. Dvě případové studie z prostředí soudní správy ČR dokreslují význam inovační role leadershipu. Výsledky analýzy dat nepodpořily hypotézu o silném vlivu role zodpovědnosti na postoje followerů v soudní správě. Na rozdíl od ostatních zkoumaných rolí leadershipu naznačují výrazný vliv role inovativnosti na postoje followerů a vymezují její funkci jako důležitého hybatele procesních a organizačních změn v ekonomické sekci správy soudů České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this dissertation is to define the role of innovative leadership in the context of other roles of leadership in the court administration of the Czech Republic and to define its influence on the perception and attitudes of followers. Specifically, these are the roles of accountability, compliance with rules and regulations, political loyalty and network-governance. The attitudes of followers are represented by the dimensions of perceived leadership effectiveness, organizational commitment, and work engagement. On this basis, the theoretical model is created, which is then verified in the practical part. Hypotheses are tested using structural modeling. Factor analysis is used to evaluate the data sample, the results are further specified using contextual interviews. Two case studies from the environment of the judicial administration of the Czech Republic illustrate the importance of the innovative role of leadership. The results of data analysis have not supported the hypothesis of a strong influence on the role of accountability on the attitudes of followers in the judicial administration. Unlike other examined leadership roles, the results of data analysis indicate a significant influence of the innovative leadership role on the attitudes of followers and define its function as an important driver of procedural and organizational changes in the economic section of the Czech courts. |
