| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá přistěhovalectvím do České republiky a jeho vlivem na mzdy a zaměstnanost na trhu práce. Jsou vymezeny pojmy spojené s migrací a ukázáno několik nejpoužívanějších migračních teorií s důrazem na základní neoklasickou teorii. Dále je popsán samotný vliv imigrace na pracovní trhy nebo přínosy přistěhovalectví pro cílové země. V práci jsou představeny dva ekonometrické modely, které ukazují, jak se mění mzdy vlivem změn přistěhovalectví ve sledovaném období 2010-2018. Modely testují základní hypotézu práce, a to že přistěhovalectví nemá významný vliv na mzdy zaměstnanců v ČR. Tato hypotéza se pomocí obou modelů potvrdila. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with immigration to the Czech Republic and its impact on wages and employment in the labor market. Terms related to immigration are defined and a demonstration of some of the most used migration theories with emphasis on basic neoclassical theory. The impact of immigration on labor markets or the benefits of immigration for destination countries are also described. The paper presents two econometric models that are modified, how changes in wages affect changes in immigration in the period 2010-2018. The models test the basic hypothesis of work, namely that immigration does not have a significant effect on the wages of employees in the Czech Republic. This hypothesis was confirmed by both models. |
