| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vývoje veřejných výdajů za tzv. Protektorátu Čechy a Morava a v období obnovy Československa po druhé světové válce. Hlavním cílem je provést analýzu veřejných výdajů v letech 1939–1948. První část se týká historicko-politické situace a zákonů, podle kterých byly upravovány státní rozpočty ve sledovaném období. Druhá část analyzuje strukturu veřejných výdajů v letech 1939–1948. Poslední část vymezuje klíčové faktory ovlivňující vývoj veřejných výdajů ve sledovaném období, a také porovnává období 1939–1948 s obdobím první republiky. Hlavní metodou pro dosažení cíle bakalářské práce je metoda srovnávací. Struktura a vývoj veřejných výdajů jsou znázorněny pomocí grafů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the development of public expenditure during the so-called Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and renewed after the Second World War of Czechoslovakia. The main goal is to analyze public spending in 1939–1948. The first part concerns the historical-political situation and the laws according to which state budgets were adjusted in the period under review. The second part analyzes the structure of public expenditure in the years 1939-1948. The last part defines the key factors influencing the development of public expenditure in the period under review, and also compares the period 1939–1948 with the period of the First Republic. The main method for achieving the goal of the bachelor thesis is the comparative method. The structure and development of public expenditure are shown in graphs. |
