| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje hospodaření a financování příspěvkových organizací hlavního města Prahy. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Část teoretická se zabývá příspěvkovými organizacemi zřizovanými územně samosprávnými celky. Část praktická je zaměřena na hospodaření Pražské konzervatoře v letech 2014-2018, analyzuje výsledky hlavní i doplňkové činnosti, využití jejích fondů, přínos při získávání darů, vyjadřuje se k vztahu zřizovatele a organizace a doporučuje větší samostatnost organizace v oblasti hospodaření. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the management and financing of budgetary organizations of the capital city of Prague. It is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to budgetary organizations established by territorial self-governing units. The practical part is focused on the management of the Prague Conservatory in the years 2014-2018, analyzing the outcomes of its main and additional activity, its fund utilization, and its profit from financial gifts, as well as commenting on the relationship between the founder and the organization and recommending more independence of the budgetary organization in the area of economy. |
