| Abstract: | Diplomová práce sleduje současné právní a ekonomické vymezení P2P půjček v Evropě a popisuje aktuální situaci a současné trendy na úvěrovém trhu. V rámci P2P trhu práce analyzuje vztah poptávky a nabídky po finančních zdrojích, která se střetává na online P2P platformách. Analýza je zaměřena zejména na P2P platformy, které působí v regionu východní Evropy. Jsou identifikovány a rozebrány jejich specifické vlastnosti a odlišnosti. Práce se dále zaměřuje na analýzu a kvantifikaci rizik, která jsou s tímto typem financování spojena na jednotlivých úrovních. Poslední část je pak věnována finanční analýze společnosti Mogo finance, nebankovnímu poskytovateli půjček, který své poskytnuté půjčky nabízí k profinancování právě prostřednictvím analyzovaných platforem. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on P2P lending, especially on economic and legal aspects, describing current situation on the credit market in Eastern Europe. Thesis analyses the relationship between demand and supply which is created on the online platforms. Next chapter describes the biggest online platforms, which operate in selected region. Further, the risks related to P2P investments are identified. Last chapter contains a financial analysis of Mogo finance, non-bank lending company. |
