| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o udržitelnosti českém penzijním systému v letech 2020-2050. Demografické změny budou mít zásadní vliv na udržitelnost financování současných penzijních systémů a také na zatížení veřejných rozpočtů. Teoretická část poskytuje pohled na problematiku penzijních systémů podle sociálních modelů, správy jejich financování a charakteristiku českého důchodového systému. V praktické části za pomoci zjednodušeného prediktivního modelu hospodaření důchodového pojištění, rozhovorů s ekonomy a dotazníkového šetření dochází k zjištění, že penzijní systém není udržitelný. Z tohoto důvodu je součástí práce i doporučení změn penzijního systému. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the sustainability of the Czech pension system in the years 2020–2050. Demographic change will have an impact on the sustainabilityof the financing of current pension systems and on the burden on public budgets.The theoretical part provides an overview of the issue of pension systems according to social models, the management of their financing and the characteristics of the Czech pension system. In the practical part, with the help of a simplified predictive modelof pension management, interviews with economists and a questionnaire survey, it is found that the pension system is not sustainable. Therefore, part of the work is alsoa recommendation for changes to the pension system. |
