| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na analýzu centrálního plánování v Československu v letech 1945–1960 s vazbou na agrární sektor národního hospodářství a konkrétně se zabývá dvouletým a prvním a druhým pětiletým plánem. Cílem práce je analýza těchto cyklických plánů a jejich úkolů pro zemědělství. Práce vyhodnocuje, zda skutečné výsledky splnily vytyčené cíle pro rostlinnou a živočišnou produkci z hlediska kvantitativních ukazatelů. Teoretická část definuje poválečnou obnovu zemědělství se zaměřením na nejdůležitější změny v sektoru. Poté definuje hospodářský koncept centrálního plánování v Československu a charakteristické rysy, principy a fungování příslušných plánů. Práce rovněž zohledňuje cíle z hlediska reálné splnitelnosti. Praktická část zkoumá faktory, které ovlivnily zemědělský sektor ve sledovaném období a tím pádem i plnění jednotlivých plánů. Dále za pomocí dostupných dat komparuje reálné výsledky rostlinné a živočišné produkce s plánovanými ukazateli a hodnotí celkovou úspěšnost plánů. Objemové cíle pro zemědělství nebyly splněny ani u jednoho z plánů a výzkum vyvrátil hypotézu práce. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the analysis of the central planning in Czechoslovakia between years 1945–1960 with a connection to agricultural sector of the national economy. The thesis specifically focuses on the two-year plan and the first and second five-year plan. The aim of the thesis is to analyze these cyclic plans and their tasks in agriculture. The thesis evaluates whether the real results met given objectives of crop and animal production in terms of quantitative indicators. The theoretical part defines the post-war revitalization of agriculture with a focus on the most important changes in the sector. Then it defines the economic concept of central planning in Czechoslovakia and the characteristics, principles and functioning of the relevant plans. The thesis also takes into account the goals in terms of real feasibility. The practical part examines the factors that affected the agricultural sector in the given period and thus the fulfillment of individual plans. Furthermore, using available data, it compares the real results of crop and animal production with the planned indicators and evaluates the overall success of the plans. The volume targets for agriculture were not met in any of these plans and the research refuted the hypothesis of this thesis. |
