| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití systému plánu a rozpočtů při tvorbě podnikatelského záměru turistického resortu. Cílem práce je zpracování zakladatelského rozpočtu a hlavního podnikového rozpočtu, zhodnocení efektivnosti investice a navržení motivačních a kontrolních procesů.Teoretická část je věnovaná jednotlivým částem systému plánů a rozpočtů, metodám hodnocení efektivnosti investic a specifikám odvětví hoteliérství při tvorbě plánů a rozpočtů.V praktické části je představen vybraný podnikatelský záměr a zpracován zakladatelský rozpočet. Jádro praktické části tvoří sestavení hlavního podnikového rozpočtu pro první rok provozu a zhodnocení efektivnosti investice. V závěru je navržen motivační a kontrolní systém. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma thesis is focused on usage of a system of plans and budgets when creating a business plan of a touristic resort. The aim of the thesis is to create an establishing budget and master budget, to evaluate efficiency of the investment and to design processes of motivation and control of budgets. The theoretical part is focused on the individual parts of the system of plans and budgets, methods of evaluating an investment efficiency and specific features of budgeting in hospitality industry.The chosen business idea is introduced in the practical part along with creating the establishing budget. The core of the practical part is creating a master budget for the first year of operating and evaluation of the investment efficiency. In the end of the thesis the motivation and control processes of the budgets are designed. |
