| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem bank a fintech společností v oblasti platebního styku, a to z hlediska kooperačních vztahů s akcentem na subjekty působící v Evropě. V rámci všeobecného teoretického základu je vymezen platební styk a jeho regulační rámec ve vztahu k bankám. Dále jsou také definovány jednotlivé obory činnosti fintech společností. Velký prostor je věnován evropské směrnici PSD2, jež upravila formálně vztahy mezi bankami a fintech společnostmi a zároveň ustavila základy pro vznik nových typů služeb v oblasti platebního styku. Skrze dotazníkové šetření jsou pak analyzovány dopady na pozice a vazby mezi bankami a fintech společnostmi. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between banks and fintech companies in the field of payments, in terms of cooperation relations with an emphasis on entities operating in Europe. Within the general theoretical basis, the payment system and its regulatory framework in relation to banks are defined. Furthermore, individual fields of activity of fintech companies are also defined. Much space is devoted to the European PSD2 directive, which formally regulated the relations between banks and fintech companies and at the same time laid the foundations for the emergence of new types of payment services. Through a questionnaire survey, the impacts on positions and links between banks and fintech companies are analyzed. |
