| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumání dopadů stárnutí populace na potřebu sociálních služeb v České republice mezi lety 2020 až 2050. Vzhledem k rostoucímu počtu obyvatel v pokročilém věku nabírají sociální služby na stále větší důležitosti, a je třeba jim věnovat odpovídající pozornost. Z tohoto důvodu se práce zaměřuje na zkoumání faktorů jako jsou příspěvky na péči, počty zaměstnanců a lůžek dlouhodobé péče, ale také demografický vývoj populace, jenž mají na poskytování sociálních služeb výrazný dopad. Nejvýznamnější částí práce je zkoumání dopadu stárnutí obyvatelstva na předpokládaný vývoj počtu poskytovaných příspěvků na péči a finančních výdajů potřebných na jejich zabezpečení. Celá práce podává reálný pohled na vývoj potřeb sociálních služeb České republiky v blízké budoucnosti a vyzdvihuje důležitost tohoto odvětví. Na základě vyhodnocených dat práce zjišťuje markantní nárůst předpokládaných výdajů na příspěvky na péči v důsledku nevyhnutelného stárnutí populace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine the effects of population aging on the need for social services in the Czech Republic between years 2020 and 2050. Due to the growing number of elderly people, social services are becoming increasingly important, and they need to be given appropriate attention. For this reason, the work focuses on examining factors such as care allowances, numbers of employees and long-term care beds, but also the demographic development of the population, all having a significant impact on the provision of social services. The most important part of the work is to examine the impact of population aging on the expected development of the number of care allowances and financial expenses needed to provide them. The whole work provides a realistic view of the needs of social services in the Czech Republic in the near future and highlights the importance of this sector. Based on the evaluated work data, it finds a significant increase in the expected expenditure on care allowances due to the inevitable aging of the population. |
