Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá ekonomickou výhodnost jednotlivých systému pro recyklaci elektrotechnického odpadu a zároveň i ekonomické aspekty celého systému. Cílem práce je analýza povinností výrobců elektrotechnických zařízení na českém trhu s elektrotechnickým odpadem, praktická část práce začíná popisem hlavních subjektů, které se účastní trhu s elektrotechnickým odpadem, včetně analýzy hospodaření každého z nich. V další části práce kvantifikuje úsporu, která je recyklací generována. V poslední části práce je provedena mezinárodní komparace jednotlivých systémů sběru elektrotechnického odpadu. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat celkovou efektivitu systému recyklace elektrotechnického odpadu. Práce dochází k závěru, že současný systém je nastaven efektivně jako celek, nicméně benefity, které ze systému plynou jsou hrazeny spotřebitelem a čerpány především provozovateli systémů sběru elektrotechnického odpadu.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis examines the economic advantage of individual systems for the recycling of electrical waste and also the economic aspects of the whole system. The aim of the work is to analyze the obligations of manufacturers of electrical equipment in the Czech market of electrical waste, the practical part of the work begins with a description of the main entities participating in the market of electrical waste, including analysis of the management of each. In the next part of the work, it quantifies the savings that are generated by recycling. In the last part of the work is an international comparison of individual systems of electrical waste collection. The main goal of this work was to analyze the overall efficiency of the electrical waste recycling system. The work concludes that the current system is set up effectively as a whole, however, the benefits that flow from the system are paid by the consumer and drawn primarily by the operators of electrical waste collection systems.
