Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením vlivu moderních technologií na správu daně se zaměřením na komunikaci mezi správcem daně a daňovým subjektem. V teoretické části definuje práce správu daně, daň a další důležité pojmy v této oblasti. Dále popisuje vývoj a aktuální stav elektronizace veřejné správy v České republice a uvádí studie potvrzující efektivnost elektronizace, ale i kritiku moderních nástrojů. V praktické části diplomová práce zkoumá časovou náročnost zpracování klasického papírového a elektronického daňového přiznání. Zkoumání je provedeno na různých typech poplatníků u různých daní. Diplomová práce dochází k závěru, že moderní nástroje jsou v určitých situacích efektivní, ale objevují se i případy, kdy využití elektronických nástrojů vedlo ke zhoršení celkové efektivnosti komunikace. |

Abstract: | The thesis deals with an assessment of the influence of modern technologies on the tax administration focusing on communication between the tax administration and the taxpayer. In the theoretical part the thesis defines the tax administration, tax and other important terms in this area. Then the thesis describes the evolution and the current state of the electronization of the public administration in the Czech Republic and mentions studies that certifies the efficiency of the electronization but also a criticism of modern instruments. In the practical part the thesis examines the duration of processing paper and electronical tax return. The examination is performed on different types of taxpayers and different taxes. The thesis comes to conclusion that modern instruments were efficient in some situations but there were also cases in which the utilization of electronic instruments led to degradation of the total efficiency of communication. |
