| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je komparace současného stavu a zhodnocení rozvoje sociálního podnikání v Olomouckém a Zlínském kraji, které dohromady tvoří region soudržnosti Střední Morava, po roce 2010. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů a vývojem sociální ekonomiky a sociálního podnikání. V této části práce je popsán vývoj a současný stav sociálního podnikání ve vybraných státech Evropské unie a v České republice. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu, zhodnocení a komparaci sociálního podnikání v Olomouckém a Zlínském kraji, se zaměřením na okresy Jeseník a Vsetín. Okresy Jeseník a Vsetín byly vybrány z důvodu dlouhodobě nejvyšší míry nezaměstnanosti ve svých krajích od roku 2010. Pro zhodnocení sociálních podniků byla použita Metodika hodnocení sady indikátorů pro obecný/integrační podnik Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí ČR. Podle této metodiky nelze ani jeden ze zkoumaných podniků prohlásit za integrační sociální podnik. Závěry analýzy jsou verifikovány prostřednictvím řízených rozhovorů se zástupci sociálních podniků nacházejících se v okresech Jeseník a Vsetín. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to compare the current state and evaluate the development of social entrepreneurship in the regions of Olomouc and Zlín regions which are together form the cohesion region of Central Moravia, after 2010. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts and development of social economy and social entrepreneurship. This section also describes the development and current state of social entrepreneurship in selected countries of the European Union and in the Czech Republic as well. The practical part of this work focuses on analysis, evaluation and comparison of social entrepreneurship in the regions of Olomouc and Zlín, focusing deeply on the Jeseník and Vsetín districts. The districts of Jeseník and Vsetín were selected because their highest long-term unemployment rate from their regions since 2010. The Methodology for evaluating a set of indicators for a general/integration enterprise of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic was used for the evaluation of social enterprises. According to this methodology none of the surveyed enterprises can be declared like work integration social enterprise. The conclusions of analysis are verified through controlled interviews with representatives of social enterprises located in the Jeseník and Vsetín districts. |
