| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá důchodovou formulí a jejím vlivem na zaměstnanost důchodců. Analyzuje parametry důchodové formule a zabývá se výpočtem jednotlivých starobních důchodů (řádný, předčasný, odložený). Cílem práce je určit, zda je osoba v předdůchodovém věku motivována k odchodu do starobního důchodu nebo k prodloužení pracovní činnosti. Použitím mikroekonomického ukazatele implicitní důchodové daně se porovnávají jednotlivé modelové varianty odchodů do důchodu. Kladné hodnoty implicitní daně ukazují, že český penzijní systém nemotivuje občany k setrvání na pracovním trhu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focus on pension formula and its impact on the employment of pensioners. It analyzes the parameters of the pension formula and deals with the calculation of individual old-age pensions (regular, early, deferred). The objective of this study is to determine whether a person of pre-retirement age is motivated to retire or to extend their work activity. The individual variants of retirements are compared using the microeconomic indicator of the implicit tax. The positive values of implicit taxes indicate, that the Czech pension system does not motivate citizens to remain in the labor market. |
