| Abstract: | Underwriting, rozuměno významem jako úpis rizika, je jedním z fundamentálních procesů v činnosti pojišťovny, zajišťovny, příp. jiných subjektů, která operují s přijetím rizika klienta za úplatu – pojistné, resp. zajistné. Výsledkem procesu underwritingu je rozhodnutí o přijetí, nebo nepřijetí rizika do pojištění. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis procesu underwritingu v pojištění podnikatelských rizik a na okolnosti mající na daný proces vliv. V první části se bude zabývat členěním jednotlivých druhů pojištění podnikatelských subjektů a podnikatelské činnosti a vývoji pojištění podnikatelů na českém pojistném trhu. V praktické části je case study analýza konkrétní smlouvy pojištění velkého hospodářského rizika. |

| Abstract: | Underwriting is one of the fundamental processes in the business of insurers, reinsurers and other companies operating with accepting risk for a premium. Decision of accepting or refusing the risk is the outcome of underwriting process. This bachelor thesis focuses on the description of the underwriting process in business risks insurance and on aspects influencing the process. In the first part, the thesis focuses on structuring different business risk insurance solutions and focuses on the development on the business risk Insurance field on the Czech insurance market. In the last part, there is a case study of the insurance contract. |
