Pojmy, postupy a metody oceňování nemovitostí jsou charakterizovány v teoretické části práce. |

Moreover, the value set through the administrative way is presented. Further, the resulting values are compared. The terms, procedures and methods of valuation are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. |
