| Abstract: | Práce má za úkol čtenáře seznámit s možností investice do nemovitostí. Zabývá se popsáním typů vlastnictví nemovitostí, možnostmi financování, daněmi. V empirické části je uveden příklad investice do konkrétní bytové jednotky, za účelem zajištění příjmu pomocí pronajmutí nemovitosti. Práce srovnává cenu nemovitostí v letech 2017 a 2020, dále pak také porovnává možnost krátkodobého a dlouhodobého pronájmu. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to inform its reader about the possibility of investing into real estate. It describes the different types of real estate ownership, possibilities of financing and taxes. The empirical part of the thesis introduces an example investment into a real accommodation unit, with the goal of financial gain through rental of the real estate. The thesis compares the prices of real estate in the years 2017 and 2020 and it further evaluates the possibility of short-term and long-term rental. |
