| Abstract: | Závěrečná práce se zaobírá úvěry poskytovaných občanům České republiky sezaměřením na hypoteční trh. Primárním cílem práce bylo ukázat vliv regulatorníhoopatření České národní banky na nabídku a poptávku po hypotečních úvěrech.K naplnění cíle byla pouţita analýza na základě vybraného vzorku dat. V analytickéčásti byl, mimo jiné, patrný nárůst v poskytnutých objemech hypotečních úvěrůpředevším před účinností doporučení ČNB z roku 2018 týkající se ukazatelů „DTI“ a„DSTI“. |

| Abstract: | The thesis concerns loans that are provided to resident in the Czech Republic.Most of the thesis focuses on mortgage loans. The main goal of this thesis was toshow the influence of the regulation of the Czech National Bank on the supply anddemand for mortgages. Analysis based on a selected sample of data was used as themethodology of the thesis. The analytical part showed an increase in the volume ofmortgage loans, especially before the effectiveness of the CNB's recommendations in2018 concerning the “DTI” and “DSTI” indicators. |
