| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma „Ocenění Letiště Praha a.s.“ je rozdělena do pěti částí. První je věnována popisu společnosti. Dále následuje provedení finanční analýzy a zhodnocení finančního zdraví firmy, porovnání s konkurencí. V třetí části je popsána strategická analýza podniku a relevantního trhu. Ve čtvrté časti jsou prognózovány generátory hodnoty zakončené sestavením finančního plánu podniku. Dále je provedeno ocenění výnosovou metodou DCF Entity a porovnání výsledku s finální hodnotou dle metody srovnatelných podniků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis on the topic "Business Valuation of Letiště Praha a.s." is divided into five parts. The first is devoted to the description of the company. Then follows a financial analysis and evaluation of financial health of the enterprise, comparison with the competition. The third part describes the strategic analysis of the company and the relevant market. In the fourth part, value generators are forecasted, ending with the compilation of the company's financial plan. Furthermore, the valuation using the DCF Entity method and a comparison of its result with the final value according to the method of comparable companies is performed. |
