| Abstract: | V metodické části bakalářské práce vymezím základní pojmy a uvedu metody pro plánování režijních nákladů. V praktické části pak analyzuji data společnosti OCS Trading s.r.o. a použiji je pro sestavení modelu plánu režijních nákladů za pomoci softwaru Anaplan. Na základě vypracovaného plánu bude doporučeno, zda využívat pro plánování software Anaplan. |

| Abstract: | In the methodical part of the bachelor thesis I will define basic terms and introduce methods needed to plan overhead costs. In the practical part, I will analyze OCS Trading´s s.r.o. data, and thereafter use them to set up a model of overhead cost plan with the use of the Anaplan software. After the model completion, based on the comparison results a suggestion will be made if to implement the Anaplan software. |
