| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění vztahu mezi rodinnými firmami a inovačními vstupy a rodinnými firmami a inovačními výstupy prostřednictvím meta-analýzy. Pro vhled do problematiky je provedena systematická rešerše odborné literatury na téma rodinných firem a inovací. Po stanovení hypotéz je provedena meta-analýza na vzorku 53 studií. Výsledkem jsou statisticky významné, avšak velmi slabé negativní závislosti mezi rodinnými firmami a inovačními vstupy i výstupy. Tyto vztahy jsou dále zkoumány za přítomnosti moderujících proměnných způsobujících nepatrné rozdíly v měření. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis is to investigate the influence of family firms on innovation input and innovation output through meta-analysis method. For the basic insight into the theme, the systematic research on literature focused on family firms and innovation is submitted. After construction of hypothesis, the meta-analysis is performed. It resulted in statistically significant, yet very low negative dependencies between family firms and innovation input and output. Those dependencies are further investigated due moderating variables causing heterogeneity in measurements. |
