| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou ziskovosti zákazníků na příkladu konkrétního podniku. Cíle jsem v praktické části dosahovala postupně. Nejdříve jsem rozčlenila náklady do jednotlivých kategorií. Na základě toto jsem přiřadila zákazníkům jednicové náklady. Variabilní režijní náklady byly zákazníkům alokovány pomocí prostého dělení. Výstupem práce jsou kalkulace variabilních nákladů společně s ukazateli příspěvků z tržeb. Provedenou analýzou jsem zjistila, který z vybraných zákazníků má největší podíl na tvorbě zisku. Na základě zjištěných informací předkládám společnosti doporučení týkajících se podrobnějšího sledování dat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of customer profitability on the example of a specific company. I achieved the goals gradually in the practical part. At first, I divided the costs into individual categories. Based on this, I assigned unit costs to customers. Variable overheads were allocated to customers through simple division. The output of the work are calculations of variable costs with indicators of contributions from sales. Through the analysis, I found out which of the selected customers has the largest share in profit generation. Based on the obtained information, I make recommendations to the company regarding more detailed data monitoring. |
