| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat výkaznictví fotbalového průmyslu dle vybraných standardů IFRS. Zejména zhodnotit, jakým způsobem fotbalové kluby podrobují své hráčské smlouvy testu na impairment. V teoretické části diplomové práce je charakterizován specifický fotbalový business, regulace UEFA a standardy spjaty s vykazováním fotbalových hráčských smluv, a to konkrétně IAS 36, IAS 38, IFRS 13 a IFRS 16. V praktické části jsou analyzovány účetní závěrky vybraných klubů se zaměřením na dané standardy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse disclosure of the football industry according to selected IFRS standards. Especially, to evaluate how the football clubs subject their players contracts to the impairment test. The theoretical parts of the thesis characterize the specific football business, UEFA regulations and standards associated with football industry, namely IAS 36, IAS 38, IFRS 13 and IFRS 16. In the practical part are being analysed financial statements of selected clubs with the focus on specific standards. |
