| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice online ubytovací platformy Airbnb a jejím ekonomickým a sociálním dopadům na společnost. Důraz je kladen především na výzvy platformy sdílené ekonomiky, která představuje jedno z nejdynamičtějších odvětví na současném trhu. Pomocí zvolených výzkumných metod je analyzována problematika krátkodobých pronájmů v kontextu hlavního města Prahy se zaměřením na rezidenční bydlení a vliv na kvalitu života rezidentů. Nedílnou součástí práce je analýza připravované regulace platformy Airbnb na území Prahy, ale také již využívaných regulačních opatření na území světových metropolí. Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat současnou situaci na pražském trhu a následně formulovat autorské návrhy směrující k regulaci Airbnb na území hlavního města České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of the online accommodation platform Airbnb and its economic and social impacts on society. The emphasis is mainly placed on the challenges of the shared economy platform, which is one of the most dynamic sectors in the current market. Using selected research methods, the issue of short-term leases in the context of the capital city of Prague is analyzed, focusing on residential housing and the impact on the quality of life of residents. An integral part of the work is the analysis of the planned regulation of the Airbnb platform in the territory of Prague, but also the already used regulatory measures in the territory of world capitals. The aim of this work is to analyze the current situation on the Prague market and then formulate author's proposals for the regulation of Airbnb in the capital of the Czech Republic. |
