| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá tématem ekonomie štěstí. Klade si za cíl odhalit determinanty, které mají vliv na pociťované štěstí, a především prozkoumat vztah podnikání a pocitu štěstí. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému rámci. Je zde představena ekonomie štěstí, dále jsou zde představeny metody měření štěstí a největší důraz je kladen na identifikaci jednotlivých prediktorů na základě literatury. V praktické části je prvně popsán způsob zpracování dat, dále jsou zde představeny proměnné, které jsou využity v samotném modelu. Hlavní testovaná hypotéza zní: „Podnikatelé jsou šťastnější než zaměstnanci“. Vedlejší testované hypotézy se týkají dalších prediktorů a jejich vlivu na vysvětlovanou proměnnou. Pro otestování hypotéz byla použita ordinální regrese. Byl potvrzen pozitivní vliv podnikání, zdravotního stavu, víry, vnímání příjmu domácnosti a pohlaví na pociťované štěstí. Vliv právního rodinného statusu, věku a vzdělání nebyl potvrzen. V závěru práce jsou porovnány jednotlivé vlivy na pocit štěstí mezi podnikateli a zaměstnanci. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the topic of the economics of happiness. The main aim of this thesis is to explore the influence of selected factors on the wellbeing, expecially explore relationship between entrepreneuring and wellbeing. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical framework, in which it is presented theory of economics of happiness, methods of measuring happinness and the greatest emphasis is places on the identification of individual predictors based on the liretature. The practical part is introduces by description of data processing and description of the variables that have been used in the model. Main hypothesis is: „Entrepreneurs are happier than employees.“ Next hypothesis are conected with others predictors influence of wellbeing. For testing hypothesis was used ordinal regression. The positive influence of enterpreneuring, good health, belonging tu particular religion or denomination, feeling about households income and gender on perceived happiness was confirmed. The influence of legal marital status, age and education has not been confirmed. At the end of the thesis are comparder individual influences of predictors on the wellbeing among enterpreneurs and employees. |
