| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá konceptem Urban Consolidation Centre (UCC) v kombinacis cargo bikes. Zaměřuje se na stakeholdery konceptu a na faktory úspěchu UCC přizapojení balíkových společností.V rámci teoretického základu je navázáno na obecné poznání o konceptu UCC odroku 2005. Je definován rozdíl mezi UCC, Micro Consolidation Centre (MCC) a MobileDepot (MD) a jsou shrnuty faktory úspěchu konceptu.Stěžejní částí práce je provedená analýza stakeholderů konceptu UCC. Jsoudefinováni klíčoví stakeholdeři konceptu, kteří jsou klasifikováni dle významu na základěteorie stakeholderů. Dále jsou doplněné nebo vyvrácené faktory úspěchu UCCv kombinaci s cargo bikes a navrhnuty faktory nové. Faktory úspěchu jsou zdeanalyzovány vůči balíkovým společnostem jako uživatelům konceptu.Dodatečným výstupem práce je návrh následujícího postupu v konkrétnímprojektu MCC v Praze. Součástí je i popis možných scénářů rozhodnutí zadavateleprojektu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on Urban Consolidation Centres (UCCs) including cargo bikes delivery system. It analyzes potential stakeholders and factors influencing the success or failure of the scheme in case of parcel delivery providers.The theoretical research builds on general knowledge about UCC scheme that has been gathered since 2005. UCC, Micro Consolidation Centres (MCCs) and Mobile Depots (MDs) are defined in the thesis and factors influencing success of UCC scheme are summarized.Based on stakeholder analysis key scheme stakeholders are named and classified due to their significance. Subsequently, the analysis challenges or modifies factors influencing the success of UCC scheme and determines new factors. These factors are valid if parcel service providers are responsible for delivery process in the scheme.Additionally, the thesis suggests which are the next steps within MCC project in Prague. Potential scenarios based on project owner’s decisions are depicted. |
