| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Analýza hypotečního trhu v České republice“ se zaměřuje na oblast hypotečního úvěrování v České republice. Cílem této práce je zkoumaní hypotečního trhu v České republice z různých hledisek a srovnání vývoje hypotečního trhu v České republice a Rusku. První část této práce se věnuje především hypotečnímu úvěru z hlediska jeho hlavních charakteristik, procesu poskytování hypotečního úvěru a také popisuje hlavní výhody a nevýhody daného bankovního produktu. Kromě toho tato část obsahuje popis faktorů působících na hypoteční trh. Druhá část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vývoj hypotečního trhu v České republice a v Rusku a jejich srovnání z různých hledisek. Jsou zde podrobně popsány legislativní podmínky poskytnutí hypotečních úvěrů, jejich historický vývoj v těchto dvou zemích a analýza faktorů působících na hypoteční trh. Poslední část diplomové práce obsahuje porovnání aktuální situace na hypotečním trhu ve sledovaných zemích. |

| Abstract: | The thesis Analysis of mortgage market in the Czech Republic focuses on the area of mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the mortgage market in the Czech Republic from various perspectives and compare it with the mortgage market in Russia. The first part of this work describes the mortgage loan in terms of its main characteristics, the process of providing a mortgage loan, the main advantages and disadvantages of this banking product. In addition, this section contains a description of the factors affecting the mortgage market. The second part of the thesis is focused mainly on the development of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic and Russia and its comparison from various perspectives. It describes in detail the legislative conditions for the providing mortgage loans, its historical development in Czech Republic and Russia and the analysis of factors affecting the mortgage market. The last part of this work contains a comparison of the current situation on the mortgage market in these two countries. |
