| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je věnována logistickému řetězci vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat logistický řetězec vybrané společnosti v oblasti cukrárenské produkce, blíže popsat jeho jednotlivé části a zhodnotit současný stav. V případě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout změny. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou za použití literatury popsány jednotlivé části logistického řetězce a jejich charakteristiky. V praktické části je představena zkoumaná společnost a za pomocí nastudovaných poznatku analyzován její logistický řetězec. V závěru je zhodnocena současná situace v dané společnosti, nedostatky současného stavu a dále jsou navrhnuty změny pro lepší postavení v konkurenčním prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on logistics chain in a selected company. Its main aim is to analyse the logistics chain of a selected company working in the area of confectionery production, describe in detail its components and evaluate its current condition. In case any deficiencies are indetified chnages will be suggested. The thesis has two parts, theoretical an practical. The theoretical part outlines the individual parts of logistics chain and their characteristics as they are described in the literature. The practical part introduces the researched company and based on the literature findings analyse its logistics chain . Finally the conclusion evaluates the current condition of the company´s logistics chain together with its deficiencies and suggests changes to improve the position of the company in a competitive environment. |
