| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je tvorba systému měřítek výkonnosti s vazbou na motivaci pracovníků v podmínkách konkrétního podniku. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty přístupy pojetí výkonnosti, principy jejího měření a vývojové tendence této disciplíny. Praktická část se pak věnuje kritické analýze nových procesů podniku, které podnik implementoval v rámci realizovaného inovačního projektu. Nové procesy jsou podrobeny detailní analýze, jejíž výstupem je návrh systému měřítek výkonnosti a jeho vazba na motivaci pracovníků sledovaných pracovišť. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to create a performance measurement system related to the motivation of employees in the conditions of a specific company. The theoretical part summarizes the approaches to the concept of performance, the principles of its measurement and developmental tendencies of this discipline. The practical part is then devoted to a critical analysis of new processes that the company implemented within the innovation project. The new processes are subjected to a detailed analysis, which resulted into a design of performance measurement system with its connection to the motivation of employees of the observed workplaces. |
