| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na nejvýraznější výdajovou položku sociálních systémů – penzijní systémy. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza citlivosti penzijních systémů vybraných zemí EU na stárnutí populace. V první části je představen pojem demografické stárnutí. Ve druhé části jsou představeny základní typy penzijních plánů, jejich konstrukce a možnosti financování. V analytické části jsou potom stručně představeny penzijní systémy jednotlivých zemí a následně je provedena korelační analýza jejich citlivosti na demografické stárnutí. V závěru jsou shrnuty některé prvky, které mohou pomoci stabilizovat důchodové systémy. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the most significant expenditure item of social systems - pension systems. The main aim of this work is to analyze the sensitivity of pension systems of selected EU countries to the aging population. The first part introduces the concept of demographic aging. The second section presents the basic types of pension plans, their construction and financing options. The analytical part then briefly reveals the pension systems of individual countries, following with the correlation analysis of their sensitivity to demographic aging. The final part of the thesis sumarizes some elements that could help stabilize pension systems. |
