| Abstract: | Práce se v rámci teoretické části zabývá konceptem inovačních metod. Zejména metodou Lean Startup a metodou Design Thinking. Hlavním cílem práce je přinést důkaz, že i s téměř žádným rozpočtem a žádnou expertní skupinou zaměstnanců je možné aplikovat inovační metody rychle a efektivně. Klíčovou částí praktické části tvoří testování uživatelské použitelnosti. Následně se body frustrace uživatelů zpracovali do přehledných empatických map a kategorizací problémů. Z těchto vstupních dat byly následně vytvořeny hypotézy pro testování s využitím efektivních iterací A/B testování. V závěru práce je představen souhrn dalších doporučení pro testované projekty. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the concept of innovative methods in the theoretical part. It is focused specially on the Lean Startup method and the Design Thinking method. The main goal of this work is to bring evidence that even with almost no budget and no expert group of employees, it is possible to apply innovative methods quickly and efficiently. A key part of the practical part is user testing. Subsequently, the points of user frustration were processed into clear empathic maps and categorizations of problems. From these input data, hypotheses were subsequently developed for testing using effective iterations of A / B testing. At the end of the thesis, a summary of other recommendations for the tested projects is presented. |
