| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem aktuální situace na tuzemském trhu přepravy balíkových zásilek, který byl ovlivněn rozšířením nemoci COVID-19. Cílem práce je porovnat situaci na tomto trhu před a během nouzového stavu. Současně si práce dává za cíl zhodnocení spokojenosti zákazníků s konkrétními poskytovateli kurýrních, expresních a balíkových služeb a srovnat poskytované služby těchto společností. Samotný výzkum se skládá ze dvou částí. Vlastní testování bylo prováděného formou dotazníkového šetření a formou tzv. mystery shoppingu, kdy byl proveden nákup na náhodně vybraných e-shopech, u kterých bylo možné objednání dovozu zásilky s danými společnostmi. Na těchto dvou částech je následně proveden rozbor a vzájemné porovnání. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is looking into an analysis of the current situation on the domestic market of parcel transport which was affected by the spread of the disease COVID-19. The goal of this diploma thesis is to compare the situation on this market before and during the state of emergency and at the same time the thesis goal is to evaluate customer satisfaction with specific providers of courier, express and parcel services and to compare the services provided by these companies. The research itself consists of two parts. The actual testing was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey and in the form of so-called mystery shopping where purchases were made at randomly selected e-shops where it was possible to order the transportation of a shipment with these companies. An analysis and mutual comparison are then performed on these two parts. |
