| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na implementaci procesů digitalizace do vedení účetnictví, jehož princip spočívá v účtování dokladů v papírové podobě a manuálním přepisování dat do účetního softwaru. Práce se opírá o moderní přístupy vedení účetnictví za pomoci moderních technologií. Podstatou práce je poukázat na možnost vést účetnictví v digitalizované formě s využitím systémů umělé inteligence, které mimo jiné umožňují automaticky vytěžovat data z dokladů bez nutnosti manuálního přepisování. Cílem práce je zhodnotit odhadovaný dopad implementace digitalizovaných procesů do vedení účetnictví konkrétního podniku včetně rozboru přínosů a hrozeb digitalizace. Výsledky jsou aplikovány na konkrétní firmu, které vede účetnictví účetní kancelář v rámci outsourcingu. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma Thesis focuses on implementation of digital processes into accounting system which consists on documents in paper form and manual rewriting of data into accounting software. The thesis is based on modern approaches to accounting with the help of modern technologies. The principle is to point out the possibility of accounting in digitized form using an artificial intelligence systems which allows you to automatically extract data from documents without the need for manual rewriting. The aim of this work is to evaluate the estimated impact of the implementation of digitized processes in the accounting including an analysis of the benefits and threats. The results are applied to the specific company that uses outsourcing services from the accounting firm. |
