| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací a analýzou podstatných dopadů zahraniční migrace na trh práce v České republice za období 2008–2018. Cílem je zjištění, které ekonomické činnosti jsou nejvýznamnější z hlediska pracovního zastoupení cizinců, a jaké překážky překonávají při vstupu na český pracovní trh. Teoretická část řeší rešeršní analýzu odborných pojmů spojených s migrací, a také pozitivní a negativní dopady migrace na trh práce. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření z hlediska koncentrace a integrace cizinců na trhu práce. Z celkového shrnutí vyplývá, že se cizinci nejvíce koncentrují ve zpracovatelském průmyslu, a že je žádoucí imigrantům zjednodušit přístup na trh práce a zmírnit faktory, které přispívají k jejich znevýhodnění. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Thesis deals with identification and analysis of foreign migration significant impacts on the labor market in Czechia in the period of 2008 - 2018. The goal is to find out what economic activities are the most significant for working foreigners and what obstacles they overcome upon entering the Czech labor market. The theoretical part focuses on research analysis of technical terms related to migration, as well as positive and negative impacts of migration on the labor market. The practical part contains evaluation of a questionnaire survey, when it comes to concentration and integration of foreigners into the labor market. Out of the overall summary, it results that foreigners are concentrated the most in the manufacturing industry and that it’s desirable to simplify the entry to the labor market for immigrants and also mitigate the factors that contribute to their disadvantages. |
